SOILL-Startup Helpdesk

SOILL-Helpdesk

The SOILL-Startup Helpdesk is a central support feature open to all soil stakeholders, and in particular to:

  • Mission Soil Living Labs and Lighthouses,
  • Applicants preparing proposals for Mission Soil Topics on the Soil Health Living Labs,
  • All other stakeholders interested in soil health topics, the Soil Helath Living Lab concept and methodology, and the broader SOILL-Startup actions and services such as engagement, training, knowledge exchange, and monitoring.

The Helpdesk offers expert support across a wide range of topics, including topics such as land degradation, soil organic carbon stock, erosion, soil pollution and degradation, soil structure and habitat quality, soil literacy, and the soil carbon footprint but also funding opportunities in particular Mission Soil open calls.

Accessible via the SOILL Hub at https://soill2030.app, the Helpdesk is a practical and reliable channel for receiving expert advice and guidance. To use the Helpdesk — or any feature of the Hub — you must first register for an account.

Helpdesk access

You can access the Helpdesk in two ways:

  • Directly via https://soill2030.app/helpdesk (you need to be logged-in), or
  • By logging into the SOILL Hub, clicking the menu icon in the top-right corner, and selecting Helpdesk (the first icon in the second row).

Once there, you can submit your question on any of the supported topics. Each submission is reviewed as part of a quality assurance process and then answered by a dedicated team of experts from the SOILL-Startup consortium. You can expect to receive a response within five working days.
