SOILL-Startup will be actively participating in this year’s European Mission Soil Week, held from November 12 to 13, 2024, in Brussels, Belgium. As a key event bringing together stakeholders across Europe to address soil health, EMSW gathers researchers, policymakers, landowners, and the public to discuss sustainable solutions for soil protection and restoration.
SOILL-Startup will be present with a dedicated booth (booth number 6), where project representatives will be available to answer questions and share insights into our mission and activities. We invite everyone to stop by and learn more about our work in soil innovation and work behind the creation of living labs.
Additionally, SOILL’s coordinator, Giulia Campodonico, will contribute to a panel discussion titled "Enablers and Challenges for a Sustainable Deployment of Innovative Solutions from Living Labs" on Tuesday, November 12, from 11:20 AM to 12:30 PM. Giulia will highlight SOILL’s efforts, alongside the work of the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL), to promote sustainable innovations for soil health.
The European Mission Soil Week is an annual gathering aimed at fostering collaboration across sectors to ensure the future of healthy soils. It is organized by the European Commission in the context of the Horizon Europe Mission ‘A Soil Deal for Europe’ and supported by key partners including the Joint Research Centre - EU Soil Observatory (EUSO) and the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD).
We look forward to engaging with the soil community and exchanging ideas to drive forward innovative solutions for a healthier European soil.
