Who is responsible for your data?

The European Landowners' Organization (ELO) is the data controller responsible for securely managing your personal data. Data will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable national legislation on data protection.

Why do we collect your data and who can access it?

Purpose of data collection. Your responses will be used to:

• gather the registrations for attending the "Soil Hour" webinar series organised by the SOILL-Stepup project;
• identify the Living Lab representatives who will attend.

Data sharing. Depending on the purpose, your data may be shared at different levels of access:

• Full access: with partners of the SOILL Framework Partnership Agreement and related Specific Grant Agreements (including the SOILL-Stepup project), for the organisation of the webinars and future related events.
• Partial access upon request: with the European Commission or the Research Executive Agency.
